Chicken Quesadillas step by step
- Combine mayonnaise with all ingredients except chicken and tortillas/chapatis..
- Mix chicken with the prepared mayonnaise..
- Take chapati and place the chicken mixture on one side of the chapati. Sprinkle cheese liberally..
- Fold chapati in half (half moon shaped)..
- Heat skillet/tawa. Once nicely heated, lower flame to medium. Place the quesadilla on the tawa and with a spatula, keep pressing on it so that the chapati doesn't fluff and gets crisp in the bottom..
- Cook for a minute and flip it carefully. Now press this side for the bottom to be crisp for another minute. Lower flame if it's browning quickly..
- Serve these with heat sauce on the side..
