- Prepare of vegetable oil.
- You need 4 of chicken breasts, cleaned and trimmed of fat.
- You need of seasonings of choice. DO NOT USE SALT.
Moist, Juicy Chicken step by step
- Clean and trim chicken breasts of all fat. If using a chef knife, use flat side of blade and pound to an even thickness...about a half inch thick or so. If you don't have a chef knife, cover chicken with plastic wrap and bang it flat with a pan (gently), rolling pin, ect...
- Pour a bit of oil in a bottom of a tall sided pan and heat on medium high heat..
- Once heated, place chicken in pan and let cook for a minute or so. If seasoning the chicken, do so now..
- Flip the chicken over and immediately place lid on pan and set timer for 12 minutes. DO NOT LIFT LID!.
- After 12 minutes turn flame off. DO NOT LIFT LID! And set for another 12 minutes..
- Afterwards, you're free to eat! Great with rice and a veggie. Or made for pot pie. Shred it up for amazing chicken fajitas! If you're making this FOR something, I suggest no seasoning. If it's your main dish, test out your own flavors of seasoning mixes! My personal favorite : pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika for color. Enjoy!.
