  1. You need 6 of pieces chicken, skinless preferred but not necessary. I used.
  2. You need 1 of weber sweet and tangy bbq seasoning, enough to heavily season c.
  3. It's 3/4 cup of bbq sauce of choice, I used sweet baby ray original..
  4. Prepare 3 of legs 3 thighs.
  5. Prepare 1 of hicken..

Juicy Azz BBQ Chicken.. Oh yea.. instructions

  1. preheat oven to 325° place oven rack farthest away from heat source..
  2. wash, clean and prepare chicken for seasoning and cooking..
  3. on your work surface lay out a nice big sheet of aluminum foil enough to completely cover chicken. then lay a second piece of same size over that one..
  4. do the same with plastic wrap..
  5. arrange chicken piece by piece.. side by side long ways across the plastic. season chicken heavily on both sides as you go..
  6. wrap chicken tightly with plastic wrap. making sure ends are folded over well..
  7. wrap with first piece of foil tightly. flip over and wrap a second time..
  8. place wrapped chicken in a deep baking dish long enough for it to fit in..
  9. bake for about 1hour and 45 minutes..
  10. flipping half way through..
  11. remove from oven and let cool slightly. about 10 minutes.
  12. turn oven to broiler or prepare grill..
  13. unwrap chicken from foil and plastic..
  14. place chicken onto a foil lined cookie sheet. baste chicken with bbq sauce..
  15. place chicken in broiler or on grill until bbq sauce is hot and starting to brown..
  16. remove and serve..
  17. enjoy your juicy azz chicken!.
