Dorky Taco Man instructions

1. Boil spinach down in water and drain.
2. Arrange chicken and cheese mixture on one hard tortilla.
3. Ball cooked spinach and place on mixture where the eyes would be.
4. Place the tortilla half where a "dorks" hat would be.
5. Place in oven and bake at 325° until cheese is melted.
6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper(optional).
