- Bring all your spices and seasonings mix them all together then divide into two take one part and add your soy sauce and red food colour then mix bring your chicken parts and rub it all over then use a foil paper and put in a freezer for 2 hours or more.
- After 2 hours bring it out and brush the chicken with the remaining mixture and add little oil cover with foil paper and bake till done.
- Then you can now enjoy your tandoori chicken with rice or anything.
